Well, I hope that summer is treating everyone well. We have been keeping busy all summer long and lovin' every minute of it. Now that
August is upon us, we will be taking a little break and getting some much needed rest.
On Thursday August 9th 2007, we get back on our feet and make our first appearance at The Red Ox Tavern. This is a new bar
located in Auburn Hills, minutes from Oakland University. This is a great bar with a good vibe. We will be performing out on the patio.
Start the weekend early with Jam Samich, performing a mix of covers and originals. Have a drink out on the patio and shake you booty
to the SAMICH.

Saturday, August 18th 2007, MIDWESTpeeps presents Jam Samich and the The Station. We're bringin' it back to 59 West, located in
Highland, MI. This is the same venue where we held our cd release party. It's a classy joint with great food and great staff. This, very
well could be the nicest venue in the state of Michigan. We really encourage everyone to come out to this show. The openers for this
show are traveling all the way from Chatham, Illinois. Let's show these guy's some Michigan love.

About The Station:
The Station is a four-piece progressive jam-rock band out of Springfield, IL. The Station consists of Dave Littrell (vocals, saxes, guitar),
Josh Kerska (Bass), Dave Carter (drums/percussion/vocals), and Kevin Lemen (guitar). By blending genres such as funk, bluegrass,
rock, jazz and blues,The Station creates irresistible grooves felt throughout the audience. Well-crafted songs, improvisational jams and
experimenting with different musical styles are at the heart of what The Station brings to the stage. Throughout the course of a
night,The Station is bound to explore all types of music. One song will be all-out funk,driven by sax and bass,while the next will be
characterized by group improvisation,where floating guitar lines weave in and out of one another.The song after that may be more
composed and crafted. Whether sitting back and letting The Station sink in, or grooving all night long,everyone involved shares in a
unique experience.
Last but not least on August 23rd 2007 we head out to perform at Centennial Park in Downtown Oxford. This is a Village sponsored
weekly variety series, held downtown in Oxford (right on M24). Every Thursday night from June to September. Jam Samich will be
perfroming 2 high energy sets. Bring the kids! The show starts at 7pm. Hope to see you there.
