JAM SAMICH NEWSletter Volume 2
THE BIG RELEASE!!!!
Hey now! We would like to thank everyone who came out for our CD Release Party over the weekend. Family, friends, fans we love
each and everyone of you. Thank you so much for all of the needed support. The night was a HUGE success. This was our highest
attended show to date, drawing in over 300 people with just two bands. A BIG THANKS to The People for making this night so special,
they put on one hell of a show. Please take note that they have to be the #1 power trio in Michigan. WE MUST give a SHOUT OUT to
our good friends the Midwest Peeps, these guys did more than words can explain. They promoted the show and spread the word,
they helped us organize the show so that it would run smooth, they sold our merch for us and most importantly just had a good time
and spread good vibes throughout the venue. We would like to thank the man, Johnny O for working the door for us all night, keeping
it organized and under control. That was a big job and i don't think that anyone could of handled it any better. We would like to thank
Buddy for running lights for us, Buddy is a busy individual and it is truly awesome that he took the time to work our show. With the
lights, it put the show on a whole different level. He was with us all day long, helping us set up the show and working his magic. Last
but not least, thank you to River from North Coast Recorders, for basically bringing his whole studio to the venue and recording the
entire show. Not sure how the recording turned out, but we will keep you updated. Thanks for everything River! I hope that we are your
ticket to fame and fortune.
The highlight of the evening would have to be when Jam Samich pulled off the old switcharoo on stage with members of Back Forty
and The People. It was truly amazing and hard to put into words. Jam Samich performed two songs that have never been performed,
20 days, which is on the new cd and Silent Rage, which will probably end up on the next cd. Make sure to come out to a show and
witness as these new song will be in rotation.
Thanks to all the bands/guests that came out to the show and sat in with us. You guys are the ones that really made this show stand
above the rest.
